Referral Program

Conditions for participation

Under specific conditions defined by AstroDNA, customers who successfully attract new AstroDNA customers may become eligible for credits that they may use on their AstroDNA accounts. For the purposes of this document, this program is called the “Referral Program”, a “Referrer” is a customer who recruits new AstroDNA customers, and a “Referee” is a new AstroDNA customer who the Referrer successfully recruits. Referrers can use the referral link in online messages, emails, or social media platforms to try to recruit potential new customers. When a Referee clicks on the referral link and creates an account, they will receive AstroDNA credit amounting to 20% of the AstroDNA product - in the case of the AstroDNA BaZi Calculator, the first invoice of his AstroDNA BaZi Calculator subscription - if he registers via a valid referral link. The Referrer receives AstroDNA credit in the same amount as soon as the Referee has paid for the invoice, i.e. has successfully transferred the first invoice of the AstroDNA BaZi Calculator subscription and has not requested a refund in any way during the entire first recurring term of the subscription.

Requirements

1. The credits are only valid for AstroDNA BaZi Calculator subscription
2. Referrers must have at least an active FREE-Account at AstroDNA BaZi Calculator before they may participate in the Referral Program
3. Only new contracts that occur as part of the Referral Program will be eligible for credits. Contracts that occur as a result of other reasons will not be eligible for credits
4. Referrers and Referees must both be 18 years or older
5. Referrers may not use themselves as Referees. And Referees may not use Referrers
6. Referees may not have been AstroDNA customers within the last 12 months
7. Referees may not be former AstroDNA customers whose contracts were cancelled by AstroDNA
8. As a rule, the Referrer will be credited after the expiry of the recovery period of the payment method used by the Referree and in the currency of the Referrer's AstroDNA account. There is no entitlement to compensation for currency differences
9. Referrers and Referees may not exchange the credits that they receive in the Referral program for cash or other monetary equivalents. Nor may they transfer them to third parties.
10. Referrers who do not receive a AstroDNA invoice within a 12 month period will lose any remaining credits on their account that originated from the Referral Program.
11. Referrers may not send the referral link via mass mails or spam to unknown recipients, nor may they use automated systems or bots to share the link. Referrers may not place paid ads using their personalized referral link.
12. Referrers who are suspected of abusing the Referral Program will be prohibited from participating in the Program. AstroDNA will invalidate the Referrer’s personalized referral link and will not provide credits that may be the result of abuse. (AstroDNA also reserves the right to retroactively revoke credits.) AstroDNA's participation in the Referral Program is completely voluntary. AstroDNA customers have no legal claim to any potential redress. AstroDNA is not required to provide justification or evidence if it suspects abuse on the part of the Referrer.
13. AstroDNA reserves the right to change, cancel or terminate the Referral Program at any time and without prior notice or warning.
14. By participating in the Referral Program, both the Referrer and the Referee agree to all of the above conditions and requirements.
